Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes within the ezspin7 platform. Deposits that have been received cannot be reversed once processed. ezspin7 reserves the right to reject or hold any deposit suspected of originating from an unlawful source.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved. Any delays beyond our control, such as those caused by financial service providers, are not the responsibility of ezspin7.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ezspin7 account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed under any circumstances.

Withdrawals involving bonuses or promotions are subject to the relevant wagering requirements. If those requirements have not yet been met, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the requirements have been fully completed.

General Promotion Conditions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• ezspin7 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses — will result in all related bonuses and winnings being cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash except after the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Game Rules

Bets accepted before any proven technical disruption will be considered valid. Users may not claim payouts based on unresolved outcomes caused by connection interruptions on the user's own end.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure

Closure by User

You may close your ezspin7 account at any time by contacting customer service via live chat or email. Before closure, any available real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions, and any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out.

ezspin7 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if there is a breach of any provision in these terms, or if the platform suspects fraud, money laundering or a security threat. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
